Win3 is an exciting concept that we would like to introduce into society.
Everyone was born to be a winner, from conception – after all the sperm that joined with the egg was the winning combination for making you!
Win3 is intended to serve as a beacon of light and bring hope to a needy world. To change the thinking that winning only has a first, second and third place – the rest are unimportant.
· Win3 is about changing attitude;
· Results in positive and reinforcing behaviour.
· Win3 appreciates differences, Unity within Diversity.
· Win3 is not a new thing. In fact, it is founded on a rich history where many wonderful people have contributed into society by presenting different models. Some of these models include Win-Win, Win More, The winning Attitude and The Bigger Game.
· Win3 rather takes people back to root behaviour, or rather a core value, of seeking benefit for the greater community rather than seeking Win for self only.
· Win3 is everyone winning exponentially! Hence, win to the power of 3.
Win3 promotes an attitude of giving; giving of self and winning through the gift of giving. Win3 does not look at short term goals or benefit, but rather looks at long term benefits where behaviours are reinforced in people. The greatest investment is in people. We live in an instant world and have lost, and forgotten the value of quality. Quality is perceived as a great car, a highly technical sound system or television. The technology rush of today has led to a society who expects quality and also a society who believes that quality is replaceable.
The fact is that people are not perfect nor were we created from a cookie cutter mould. Our personality, world view, culture and religious beliefs are formed and cemented as we grow up. Our genetics determine the core of who we are; what we look like; what we like or dislike; how we react to food; what blood type we are and who we become as we grow up.
Our focus on quality and instant results does not lend itself to human quirks being tolerated and core values being developed. Patience is a foreign word in society.
We look at sporting heroes. When they perform, everyone is happy, when they do not do well for a couple of games, well then... It has now got to the stage that not only the player steps down but the coach and manger must get fired. Investors invest in winning sport as a means of making more money, nothing wrong with that. If the investment does not show profit, people are fired or the organisation is scaled down. Ultimately people and society suffer because money has become the driving factor behind why we do things. What about the fun of the sport or the investment into the people. What about the attitude on the field of the sportsman or woman. And then off the field....
Originally we worked as a means of supporting family, so that we could enjoy each other. Economic pressures make it acceptable for people to spend more time at work and less time at home. These pressures push the hard work of keeping human society on the right track to the limits, where compromise and instant are acceptable norms. As good as this may seem at the time, it does ultimately degrade society to the level where corruption is masked by powerful endorsements from governments and major players in the markets of the day. Just as wild life is at the brink of extinction and is seen as a barometer of the world today, so Society is on the verge of collapse unless we again return to a balanced view of appreciating life, especially people and living with a wining attitude, exponentially - Win3.
